    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:&nbsp;</strong></p>\n<p>The Production Team Lead is essential to the manufacturing and packaging of high-quality fan merchandise. &nbsp;The Team Lead will complete assignments related to all aspects of production including manual and automated work centers. &nbsp;May be required to operate a wide variety of machinery including adjust settings/speed or otherwise complete basic troubleshooting.&nbsp;</p>\n<p>The Team Lead must take responsibility for the safety, quality and timely execution of production operations according to direction received from Leadership.&nbsp; Will be responsible for day-to-day support and training of assigned Production Specialists and Machine Operators to leverage each athlete to their maximum skillset, while meeting business needs.&nbsp; Will provide Supervisor support to accomplish complex projects or address athlete corrective and commendation actions.</p>\n<p>Generally, a physically demanding role that requires keeping pace with a machine or line.&nbsp; This position requires sustained moderate physical activity throughout the shift, including ability to crouch, climb, push, pull, reach, lift and carry.<strong>&nbsp; </strong>Production Team Lead Athletes will be assigned in varying work centers and it is essential that they are prepared to report to secondary work centers or building locations as directed.</p>\n<p><strong>ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:</strong></p>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Actively deploys department direction through Warehouse athletes to accomplish day to day objectives, delegating assignments to leverage each athlete to their maximum skillset possible.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Keeps Leadership informed on all personnel issues, safety violation or accidents.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Responsible for the training and support of new or visiting athletes.</li>\n <li>Effectively communicates issues and propose solutions to Warehouse athletes, other Leads, as well as Leadership.</li>\n <li>Completes general production duties as assigned including, but not limited to, FMS utilization, material coordination, use of both manual, automated and digital tools and machines, correctly label and package according to customer specification.</li>\n <li>Performs daily and weekly preventative maintenance to equipment, such as cleaning and oiling as required.</li>\n <li>Performs basic equipment set up such as adjusting settings, changing needles, and basic disassemble/reassemble.</li>\n <li>Performs general housekeeping and department six sigma activities.</li>\n <li>Adheres to all Department and Company Standards, Operating Procedures and Safety Requirements.</li>\n <li>Treats others with respect and conducts themselves in a positive and inclusive manner daily.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Performs other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p><strong>EDUCATIONAL &amp; Experience REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma or Equivalent</li>\n <li>12 months general production or machine operation experience</li>\n</ul>\n<p style=\"margin-left:0.25in\">&nbsp;</p>\n<p>&nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp; &nbsp;&nbsp;<strong>GENERAL KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS &amp; ABILITIES:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Close attention to detail</li>\n <li>Understand written instruction</li>\n <li>Proficient data entry skills and software applications including Microsoft Suite, Infor Powerlink/FMS, and the ability to learn new software programs as needed.</li>\n <li>Mechanical knowledge sufficient to make equipment adjustment using hand tools.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to complete basic technology applications / basic computer aptitude</li>\n <li>Good hand dexterity and hand-eye coordination</li>\n <li>Ability to complete repetitive machine operation tasks</li>\n <li>Ability to read shop packets and follow instruction</li>\n <li>Ability to count accurately, complete accurate measurements, and complete mathematical computations</li>\n <li>Ability to inspect materials and finished products for defects</li>\n <li>Ability to learn and apply accurate PMS Color matching knowledge</li>\n <li>Maintain current certifications:\n  <ul>\n   <li>Bloodborne pathogens</li>\n   <li>PIT</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to lift 25 lbs.&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Ability to participate in a team lift of 50 lbs.</li>\n <li>Able to sit or stand for entire shift</li>\n <li>Able to turn or bend&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Able to grip/grasp continuously&nbsp;</li>\n <li>Able to push a cart</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>WORKING CONDITIONS:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>May work in a high noise environment</li>\n <li>May work in a wet environment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>May work indoors in a warm, humid environment</li>\n <li>May work in a cold environment</li>\n <li>May work in dusty environment&nbsp;</li>\n <li>May handle or have exposure to chemicals, cleaning agents, and fumes</li>\n <li>May work around machinery with moving parts</li>\n <li>Required to know &amp;
