Description
This position primarily performs Human Resource functions relevant to the hospital’s benefits programs, payroll, leaves, compensation, HR metrics and operations. Additionally, this role will also support the Human Resources Director and the department with functions related to employment and orientation of new hires, students, and volunteer hospital staff. Serves as the primary payroll processor and assists with ongoing data entry and recordkeeping related to hospital employee, contracted, student and volunteer updates and changes to maintain an efficient human resources operation. Additionally supports the department through quality initiatives and collecting and compiling data into reports used in HR operations and metrics.
