This includes routine cleaning, restocking, basic maintenance support, and ensuring all spaces meet Y7’s operational standards. The role also includes client-facing interaction and may require covering emergency shifts as needed.</p><align-center><br></align-center><align-center><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></align-center><align-center><br></align-center><p><strong>Cleaning &amp; Facility Maintenance</strong></p><ul><li>Dust and polish all surfaces, including windowsills, baseboards, furniture, mirrors, partitions, tiles, fixtures, and signage</li><li>High-dust ceilings, vents, fans, beams, pipes, and upper walls using appropriate tools</li><li>Remove cobwebs from corners, ledges, and high areas</li><li>Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors, carpets, rugs, and mats</li><li>Clean and sanitize bathrooms, showers, sinks, toilets, and locker room facilities</li><li>Squeegee and polish glass surfaces (interior and exterior)</li><li>Clean mirrors, shelving, dispensers, and all fixtures</li><li>Empty trash and recycling bins and replace liners</li><li>Sanitize high-touch surfaces including door handles, switches, and push plates</li><li>Replace light bulbs and report maintenance issues</li><li>Launder and properly store towels and cleaning materials</li><li>Clean mats and surrounding wall areas</li><li>Ensure studios, lobbies, entrances, sidewalks, and training areas remain clean and presentable</li><li>Clean reception and office spaces to Y7 standards</li><li>Stock locker rooms and refresh areas with necessary supplies</li></ul><h3><strong>Operations &amp; Reporting</strong></h3><ul><li>Upload required photos of studio areas via Jobber after each shift</li><li>Ensure accurate clock-in/out and GPS tracking for verification</li><li>Report unsafe conditions or issues requiring escalation</li><li>Follow all operational checklists and cleaning standards</li></ul><h3><strong>Client Experience</strong></h3><ul><li>Greet and acknowledge clients, guests, and members upon arrival</li><li>Maintain a welcoming, clean, and professional studio environment</li></ul><h3><strong>Additional Duties</strong></h3><ul><li>Perform assigned tasks as directed by management</li><li>Ensure all equipment is properly maintained and functional</li><li>Provide shift coverage when available or required</li></ul>",
