You will work closely with the unit Manager to develop action plans focusing on quality and safety improvements, cost-effective care, and enhancing patient and team member experiences. You will lead the implementation of these plans and evaluate their effectiveness. As a key member of the interprofessional team, you will partner with the Manager to foster an environment that empowers the team to excel in both patient and organizational outcomes. This role also involves advancing nursing practice by advocating for and modeling evidence-based practices and professional nursing standards.
