Asure’s HCM offering includes Payroll &amp; Tax, HR, and Time &amp; Attendance software and HR Services ranging from online compliance tools to a fully outsourced HR department.</span></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></em></p>\n<p><em><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">This is a hybrid position at one of the following Asure office locations: Atlanta, GA or Dallas, TX.</span></em></p>\n<p><em><br></em><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\">Major Duties and Responsibilities:</span></span></p>\n<p>Collaborate with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to develop software solutions that meet business and customer needs.</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Design, develop, test, and maintain software applications, services, and APIs.<br></li>\n<li>Contribute to front-end, back-end, or full-stack development initiatives-based project assignments.<br></li>\n<li>Participate in code reviews and incorporate feedback to improve code quality and technical skills.<br></li>\n<li>Assist with troubleshooting, debugging, and resolving software defects.<br></li>\n<li>Develop and maintain integrations with internal and external systems.<br></li>\n<li>Work with relational and NoSQL databases to store, retrieve, and manage application data.<br></li>\n<li>Support the development and deployment of applications in cloud environments.<br></li>\n<li>Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following engineering best practices.<br></li>\n<li>Participate in Agile development activities, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.<br></li>\n<li>Leverage AI-powered development tools and automation technologies to improve productivity, code quality, testing, documentation, and problem-solving.<br></li>\n<li>Explore opportunities to incorporate AI and machine learning capabilities into software solutions under the guidance of senior engineers and architects.<br></li>\n<li>Continuously develop technical knowledge and skills across all aspects of software engineering — including languages, frameworks, databases, cloud technologies, testing, and engineering best practices — with a curiosity and growth mindset that extends to emerging tools and technologies such as AI and intelligent automation.</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\"><span style=\"color: #2d2d2d\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications and Requirements</span>:<span style=\"font-weight: bold\"> </span></span></span></span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul></ul>\n<p>Required Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n<li> Bachelor's or Master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.</li>\n<li> Understanding of software development fundamentals, including object-oriented programming, data structures, algorithms, and software design principles.</li>\n<li> Experience with at least one modern programming language such as C#, Java, JavaScript, TypeScript, Python, or similar through coursework, projects, internships, or personal development.</li>\n<li> Familiarity with web technologies, APIs, and modern software development practices.</li>\n<li> Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.</li>\n<li> Basic understanding of relational and/or NoSQL database concepts.</li>\n<li> Experience using Git or other version control systems.</li>\n<li> Interest in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning (ML), and emerging technologies, with a willingness to leverage AI-enabled tools in daily workflows.</li>\n<li> Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.</li>\n<li> Ability to learn quickly and collaborate effectively in a team-oriented environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p>Preferred Qualifications</p>\n<ul>\n<li>Work, internship, co-op, academic project, open-source contribution, or personal project experience related to software development.</li>\n<li>Exposure to front-end development frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js.</li>\n<li>Exposure to back-end development technologies such as .NET, Java, Node.js, or Python.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with RESTful APIs, web services, and system integrations.</li>\n<li>Exposure to cloud-native development concepts, including serverless architectures and cloud services.</li>\n<li>Understanding of Agile software development methodologies and DevOps practices.</li>\n<li>Experience with automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, or software quality practices.</li>\n<li>Exposure to AI and machine learning concepts through coursework, certifications, projects, hackathons, or internships.</li>\n<li>Experience using AI-assisted development tools or cloud-based AI services.</li>\n<li>Familiarity with integrating third-party APIs and external platforms.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Compensation</span></p>\n<p>The base range for this role is $80,000 -
