This individual must be adaptable to changing environments, committed to safety, and capable of effectively leading and coaching a team to meet production goals and quality standards.</p><p style=\"box-sizing: inherit; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Work alongside team members to blast, prep, paint, and weld in order to complete jobs and provide hands-on training.</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Operate cranes, forklifts, and other equipment to move materials and equipment safely.</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Maintain a clean and organized work area; perform housekeeping duties as required.</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit; font-size: 0.875rem; list-style: inside disc !important;\">Lead the team in a positive and productive manner.</li><li style=\"box-sizing: inherit;
