Weekday scheduling and location may vary; however, incentive pay will be applied for travel. Candidates’ availability will also need to be Fridays from 8:00 am - 6:30 pm, and Saturdays (rotating) from 8:30 am - 12:30 pm.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>Starting Pay: $17.80/hour</strong></p><p><strong>Full - Time</strong>&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><u>Primary Responsibilities:</u></p><ul><li>Travel and adapt to various branch locations as needed each day.</li><li>Sincerely greet each Member in the branch.</li><li>Educate Members in the use of ITMs for transactional needs.</li><li>Answer any questions about Heritage products and services.</li><li>Produce quality referrals to Senior and Relationship Bankers&nbsp;</li><li>Assist members with technical services&nbsp;and or account maintenance and the opening of shares and accounts.</li><li>A flexible schedule to accommodate the needs of the business.</li><li>Maintaining knowledge of credit union products and services.</li><li>Cross-selling products and services.</li><li>Filling in at other locations as needed.</li><li>Other duties as&nbsp;required.</li></ul><p><u>Qualifications Include:</u></p><ul><li>Ability to assist other Branches locally</li><li>High School diploma or GED</li><li>Experience in sales</li><li>Excellent customer service</li><li>Solid communication skills</li><li>Self-motivated&nbsp;professional</li></ul><p><u><strong>About Heritage Federal Credit Union</strong></u><br><em><strong>Heritage Federal Credit Union</strong></em> <em>is</em> <em>a full-service financial institution with over $1 billion in assets and serves more than 65,000+ members in Gibson, Posey, Warrick, Vanderburgh, Daviess, Knox, Spencer, Pike, Perry, Crawford, Clark, Floyd, or Harrison Counties in Indiana; or Henderson, Daviess, Hopkins, Hancock, Ohio, McLean, Webster, Union, or Crittenden Counties in Kentucky; or Lawrence, Wabash, White, Gallatin or Hardin Counties in Illinois.
