Our Clubs offer\nfirst-class amenities, including championship golf courses, modern workspaces,\nhandcrafted cuisine, resort-style pools,<span style=\"font-family:'arial' , sans-serif\"> </span>state-of-the-art<span style=\"font-family:'arial' , sans-serif\"> </span>racquet facilities, fitness\ncenters, and much more.<span style=\"font-family:'arial' , sans-serif\"> </span>Come\nbe<span style=\"font-family:'arial' , sans-serif\"> </span>a part of this\nincredible and inclusive team at<span style=\"font-family:'arial' , sans-serif\"> </span><a href=\"https://www.invitedclubs.com/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer noopener noreferrer\">Invited Clubs</a>!<span style=\"font-family:'arial' , sans-serif\"> </span> </p>\n\n<p>We are seeking a dynamic <b>Sr Learning and Development\nManager,</b> who will split time between managing our learning platform\n(Oracle HCM Learning) and designing modern, high-impact training\nexperiences that support operational excellence across our\nclubs.  This role reports to the VP of Learning &amp; Development and\npartners closely with HR, Risk &amp; Compliance, functional leaders, and club\nteams to ensure learning is accessible, measurable, and aligned to business\npriorities. </p>\n\n<p> <b>What You’ll Do</b> </p>\n\n<p> <b>Oracle LMS Administration &amp;\nOwnership (70%)</b> </p>\n\n<ul style=\"margin-top:0in\"><li>Serve\n     as the system owner and subject matter expert for <b>Oracle HCM Learning\n     (Oracle LMS)</b>, ensuring platform stability, accuracy,\n     and optimal configuration. </li><li>Manage\n     learning initiatives, assignments, eligibility\n     profiles, autoenrollment rules, and learning catalogs. </li><li>Develop\n     dashboards and reporting to monitor completion, compliance, and learning\n     effectiveness. </li><li>Partner\n     cross-functionally with HR, Compliance, Operations, and IT to align\n     learning technology with business priorities. </li><li>Establish\n     governance standards, improve processes, and contribute to the\n     learning technology roadmap and future enhancements. </li><li>Oversee\n     user access, security roles, data integrity, and ongoing system\n     maintenance. </li><li>Troubleshoot\n     LMS issues and partner with Oracle Support and HRIS on system defects and\n     enhancements. </li></ul>\n\n<p><b>Instructional Design &amp; Development (30%)</b> </p>\n\n<ul style=\"margin-top:0in\"><li>Partner\n     with business leaders to identify performance gaps and design\n     learning solutions tied to measurable outcomes. </li><li>Design\n     and develop engaging, learner-centered content across modalities\n     (eLearning, VILT, video, microlearning, job aids, blended solutions) using\n     tools such as Articulate 360, Synthesia, Vyond, and related\n     platforms. </li><li>Build\n     assessments and application activities to reinforce learning, measure\n     effectiveness, and continuously improve programs based on feedback and\n     data. </li><li>Manage\n     project timelines, scope, vendor coordination, and documentation to\n     deliver high-quality, accessible learning experiences. </li><li>Partner\n     with leaders to identify performance gaps and define measurable\n     learning outcomes.  </li><li>Design\n     modern learning in multiple formats (eLearning, VILT, microlearning,\n     video, job aids).  </li><li>Develop\n     content using Articulate 360, Vyond, Synthesia, Adobe, and related\n     tools.  </li><li>Build\n     assessments and incorporate learner feedback to continuously improve\n     training. </li></ul>\n\n<p><b>About You</b> </p>\n\n<ul style=\"margin-top:0in\"><li>Bachelor’s\n     degree in Human Resources, Learning &amp; Development, Instructional\n     Design, Information Systems, or related field. </li><li>4–7+\n     years of experience managing an enterprise LMS, <b>preferably Oracle\n     Learning (Oracle HCM Cloud)</b>. </li><li>Strong\n     understanding of compliance training, certification management,\n     and largescale learning deployments. </li><li>Experience\n     partnering with HRIS and external vendors on system configuration and\n     optimization. </li><li>Strong\n     analytical skills with experience building reports and dashboards. </li></ul>\n\n<p><b>What We Offer</b></p>\n\n<p>We believe in taking care of our team, and our Total Rewards\npackage reflects that commitment.
