Provide support to Crew Chiefs and Mechanics as needed </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>In this role, the Supervisor must have attention to detail and troubleshoot effectively  </li>\n <li>The ability to prioritize tasks and work collaboratively across function departments is critical </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p>#envoyGSE</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Who are we looking for? </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Requirements</p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must currently have a Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) license or be able to obtain one within 14 days. </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>High School Diploma </li>\n <li>Minimum experience of two (2) years in aircraft maintenance </li>\n <li>Minimum of one (1) year experience in a supervisory capacity </li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook </li>\n <li>Working knowledge of Federal Air Regulations (FAR’s) </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing </li>\n <li>Possess the legal right to work in the United States </li>\n <li>Ability to read, write, fluently speak and understand the English language </li>\n <li>College degree or equivalent amount of work experience preferred </li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n <li>Experience creating and maintaining departmental budgets preferred  </li>\n <li>Working knowledge of labor contracts preferred  </li>\n</ul>\n<p>  </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Please note: The description is intended to provide a brief overview of the position.
