Provides a service first attitude that facilitates the delivery of health care.  Performs other duties as assigned.<p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul><li>Processes and analyzes medical record information.</li><li>Conducts release of information functions.</li><li>Makes available medical record information to authorized users.</li><li>Collects and collates medical record information.</li><li>Monitors and maintains the Master Patient Index.</li><li>Monitors transcribed reports for chart completion.</li><li>Maintains state regulatory requirements and/or registries.</li><li>Completes assigned goals.</li></ul><p><strong>Specifications</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Experience</strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum Required</u></strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Preferred/Desired</u></strong></p>\n<ul><li>One (1) year medical record experience, preferred.</li></ul><p><strong>Education</strong></p>\n<p><strong><u>Minimum Required</u></strong></p>\n<ul><li>Skill in communicating clearly and effectively using standard English in written, oral and verbal format to achieve high productivity and efficiency.
