Our benefits include healthcare, dental and vision options, paid time off and paid holidays.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\" data-pasted=\"true\"><strong>Reports to the VP of Client Finance of AKAM</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Handle all unit owner and attorney calls, and emails related to estoppels, closings and questionnaires.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Handle mortgage broker calls and emails related to questionnaires.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Handle the Realtor&rsquo;s follow-up calls and emails for the status of estoppels, affidavits, etc.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Process ownership changes and associated deposits, including scanning checks.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Receive HUD statement and closing check to process Owner change.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Follow up on Hud and closing check when owner change has been outstanding and onsite needs to change owner.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Approve and Release estoppels prepared by others (Offshore team).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist the Offshore team as needed with questions and research</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Research Public records when an estoppel request doesn&rsquo;t match the owner in Yardi for an Estoppel.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Handle transfer fee checks and keep an excel log (needs access to scan to AKAM Corporate account).</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Prepare Revenue reports for estoppels/ questionnaires and transfer fees</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A minimum of 3-5 years&rsquo; experience with Closing and Estoppels in the Property Management or Real Estate Industry is required.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with Condo Certs Software is preferable.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Experience with Yardi Accounting Software is preferable.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">A minimum of a High School Diploma.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Must be able to multitask and handle a high volume of applications.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Excellent knowledge of MS Office especially Word and Excel.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Strong verbal and written communication skills.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bilingual in Spanish.&nbsp;</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Benefits:</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">17 PTO days off- includes vacation, sick, and personal time off</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">10 paid holidays</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Your birthday off</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">1 floating holiday</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">You are eligible for medical benefits after 30 days and 401k after 90 days</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">AKAM offers growth opportunities</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><em>AKAM is committed to maintaining a diverse workforce and an inclusive work environment.
