In this role, you will bring high-quality mental health care directly to the individuals and families who need it most—whether in their homes, schools, or other community settings.</p>\n<p>You will help clients build coping skills, strengthen support systems, and navigate life’s challenges with confidence and resilience. Responsibilities include:</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Clinical Services</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Conduct intake procedures, including all required forms and releases.</li>\n<li>Provide diagnostic assessments to determine eligibility and treatment needs.</li>\n<li>Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy using culturally responsive, evidence-based approaches.</li>\n<li>Deliver crisis intervention, safety planning, and risk assessments when needed.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Treatment Planning &amp; Collaboration</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Develop collaborative treatment goals with clients and families.</li>\n<li>Identify client strengths, needs, and barriers to inform the Individual Service Plan (ISP).</li>\n<li>Modify treatment plans as needed and communicate progress during treatment team meetings.</li>\n<li>Coordinate care with community partners, schools, and other service providers.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Documentation &amp; Compliance</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Complete treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge summaries in a timely manner.</li>\n<li>Maintain productivity expectations and meet all state, federal, and funding requirements.</li>\n<li>Participate in clinical supervision and ongoing professional development.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Community Engagement</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Connect clients to community resources and ensure follow-up on referrals.</li>\n<li>Support clients navigating trauma, addiction, grief/loss, family conflict, chronic stress, and other challenges.</li>\n<li>Provide services where clients feel most comfortable—home, community, school, or telehealth.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><br></span></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\"><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></span></p>\n<p>      * Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Counseling, or a related mental health field.</p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Ohio licensure required:</span> LSW, LPC, MFT (independent licensure preferred—LISW, LPCC, IMFT).</li>\n<li>Passion for serving underserved populations and addressing mental health disparities.</li>\n<li>Strong engagement skills, cultural humility, and the ability to meet clients where they are.</li>\n<li>Commitment to ethical, person-centered, trauma-informed care.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 24pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Why Join TBMHC?</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Flexible scheduling and community-based autonomy</li>\n<li>In person and virtual sessions available</li>\n<li>Supportive, mission-driven team culture</li>\n<li>Regular clinical supervision and training</li>\n<li>Meaningful work that strengthens communities</li>\n<li>Opportunities for professional growth and advancement</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Part time to full time positions available-</p>",
