Title: Maintenance Tech I

Location: Harrisonville
Pay: $17 – $23 an hour
Schedule: Full Time | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM | Monday through Friday

Job Summary We are looking for dynamic professionals who are punctual, excited to learn, professional, and proactive. This role requires strong time management skills, a commitment to providing enthusiastic service to residents, and attention to detail to catch small issues before they become big problems.
This position focuses on basic residential maintenance support, assistance with unit turns, and maintaining curb appeal.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities Maintain exceptional curb appeal Complete and assist with daily resident work orders Be available for on-call after hours Must have applicable maintenance tools Conduct unit turns in a timely manner, including painting, carpet cleaning, and general unit cleaning as needed Assist neighboring properties with maintenance tasks as needed Pick up supplies from area vendors while legally operating a registered and properly insured vehicle Report to Property Manager, Regional Manager, and Maintenance Superintendent for delegated tasks Travel and participate in regional and corporate training and/or conferences as required Maintain positive and professional relationships with residents, vendors, and staff Report any health and safety concerns on site to management Work overtime as needed and approved Participate in training programs, including HVAC, safety, HUD and LIHTC maintenance standards, and State inspection/INSPIRE Required Qualifications Education:
High School diploma or equivalent Experience:
