Greenskeeper, Wild Spring Dunes

We’re looking for Grounds Crew Members to be part of something special: shaping and maintaining a golf experience unlike any other. This isn’t just mowing grass—it’s bringing a course to life. You’ll work alongside an experienced team, ensuring the land is cared for and the turf grows strong. One day, you might be seeding fairways. The next, you’re watering by hand to keep dust down or prepping greens for their first cut. This is work for those who love the outdoors, don’t mind getting their hands dirty, and want to see the impact of their work every day. About Wild Spring Dunes Wild Spring Dunes will be a public golf resort and refuge with world-class golf, accommodations, and homesites. Two courses are routed with plans established for a short course and practice center. Set on over 2,400 sandy, secluded acres, here you will find dramatic elevation changes that highlight four distinct and diverse ecosystems: towering pines and hardwood forest, open, grassy meadows, rolling hills, and steep ravines carved by spring-fed creeks that crawl through the secluded site. Wild Spring Dunes is an escape, a destination, a place to come together in community – a home for golf and wilderness lovers alike. This is steady work with a new project. You'll learn skills that transfer to other outdoor maintenance jobs, and you'll see the results of your work every day. The job requires lifting up to 30 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally with help. You'll need to stand, walk, bend, and kneel for long periods.
