This position is responsible for helping recruit, train, and support nursery leaders, ensuring each Sunday is fully staffed and runs smoothly. </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(231, 83, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Key Responsibilities</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Schedule nursery Leaders </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Recruit, onboard, and train adults and students to serve in the nursery. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Shepherd and empower coaches to lead teams of volunteers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Intentionally build strong relationships with the nursery leaders and coaches.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Ensure the nursery rooms have leaders each Sunday to meet our leader-to-child ratios.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Work closely with the Community team to develop and appreciate Kid Central leaders. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Send out Birthday cards each month to your Nursery Leaders and coaches.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Collaborate with the Kid Central team to create a fantastic experience for kids and families.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Present in the hallways on Sundays to build relationships with coaches, leaders, kids, and families. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Help build strong relationships with parents and guardians, addressing their concerns and providing support as needed. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Contribute to and participate in Kid Central events.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Participate in team meetings.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Oversee the Nursery rooms, order supplies, keep toys clean, and keep rooms organized.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(231, 83, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Qualifications</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Personal faith in Jesus Christ and agreement with Central’s Statement of Faith. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Member, or willing to become a member, of Central Church.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Passion for reaching/growing children in Christ and equipping/encouraging parents and caregivers to do the same. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Has a passion for empowering, shepherding, and caring for room leaders (volunteers) and Coaches.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"color: rgb(231, 83, 0); font-size: 12pt\">Skills</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Highly relational, flexible, and able to work well with others.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Highly organized with a strong eye for detail. </span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Excellence in written/verbal communication skills.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Proactive and willing to seek out solutions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Ability to manage and balance complex schedules and details.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Ability to manage, direct, and oversee teams of volunteers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Computer skills and experience with Google and Apple systems, as well as the ability to learn our internal systems quickly.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">High level of problem-solving abilities among families and volunteers with the ability to pivot quickly according to the needs of a fast-paced ministry.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(65, 83, 100); font-size: 10pt; font-weight: 300\">Willingness to serve with a positive attitude.
