This full-time, year-round position is responsible for administering the resort&rsquo;s social media presence, creating compelling digital content, and helping tell the story of Saddleback across all digital platforms.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\">The ideal candidate is passionate about outdoor recreation, understands social media trends and platform best practices, and has hands-on experience creating high-quality photo and video content for brands. This role requires a blend of creativity, technical skill, organization, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment that changes with the seasons and weather conditions.</p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong><br>&nbsp;Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Social Media Administration</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Administer and maintain Saddleback&rsquo;s social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and others.</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Develop and execute social media content calendars aligned with marketing goals, events, promotions, and seasonal campaigns</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Write engaging social copy that reflects the resort&rsquo;s brand voice and community culture</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor social channels daily and engage with guests through comments and messages</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Track trends, platform updates, and emerging content opportunities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Monitor analytics and prepare performance reports with recommendations for growth and engagement</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Content Creation</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Capture dynamic photos and video content across the resort, including skiing, snowboarding, events, dining, and year-round activities</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Produce short-form video content optimized for social media platforms</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Edit and deliver high-quality digital assets for social media, web, email marketing, and advertising campaigns</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Coordinate and execute content shoots with athletes, guests, staff, and partners</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Maintain organized digital asset libraries and archives</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Marketing &amp; Brand Support</strong></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Assist with broader marketing initiatives and campaigns</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Collaborate with departments across the resort to support events, promotions, and operational communications</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Help maintain brand consistency across digital channels</li><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Support website and digital marketing updates as needed</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><strong>Required Qualifications</strong></p><div style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li style=\"margin-left:0in;\">Bachelor&rsquo;s degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field, plus at least 2 years of experience managing social media accounts for a brand, business, agency, or organization.
