We are happy to consider full or part time applications; candidates will be expected to work some weekends. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>You'll play an active role in the theatre pathway, supporting patients and the multidisciplinary team to ensure a safe and positive patient journey.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What you'll do</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Support patients through their full surgical pathway, from admissions to theatre and discharge.</li>\n<li>Assist in preparing theatre, conducting safety checks, and supporting the scrub nurse and theatre team.</li>\n<li>Provide patient care during discharge, including information on post-surgical care.</li>\n<li>Maintain accurate records and documentation with a focus on patient safety.</li>\n<li>Put patients at ease, working in a calm and process-driven way to deliver excellent care.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we're looking for</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>We're after someone who's not only organised and efficient but also passionate about people and services.
