          "text": "<p><strong>General Summary Of Duties:</strong></p><p><em>Duties include, but are not limited, to the following:</em></p><ul><li>Always monitors all areas of the property, identifying potential security and/or safety risks and reporting them to the appropriate individual or entity for proper resolution</li><li>Ensure quality observations and investigations in the Surveillance Department on assigned shift</li><li>Maintains a working knowledge of rules and regulations of the Gaming Commission and ensures strict adherence to same throughout the property.</li><li>Protects casino assets and gaming integrity through the consistent, thorough monitoring of all activities on property, particularly on the gaming floor</li><li>Assists with directing the flow of Surveillance Reports to the proper individuals per Surveillance Management, always maintaining the highest level of confidentiality</li><li>Ability to work as a team.</li><li>Maintains world class service levels in the Surveillance Department.</li><li>Create daily activity reports and prepares necessary reports for management.</li><li>Coordinates, with the Surveillance Management, when Surveillance discovers a matter which needs further investigation or attention as appropriate.</li><li>Observes, documents, video coverage and reports any unusual or suspicious activities on property.</li><li>Regularly inspects the premises, identifying potential safety or security hazards, and reporting same to Surveillance Management, for proper resolution.</li><li>Held accountable for the accuracy and thoroughness of departmental records and reports.</li><li>Conduct daily player evaluations and rating audits</li><li>Identify, document, and find solutions for operational improvement opportunities</li><li>Monitors and analyzes daily gaming activity</li><li>Has experience with operational case studies</li><li>Has knowledge of house advantage as it pertains to player reinvestment</li><li>The above statements represent a general outline of principal job functions and should not be construed as a complete description of all aspects and requirements inherent in this job.</li></ul>",
