Work with a team in a dynamic environment where you will need to make decisions quickly while focusing on our success metrics.<h1><br /><br /><b>Job Description</b><br /> </h1><p><b><b>Accelerate Your Career as You</b></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Ensure all inventory management is performed daily, weekly and monthly but not limited to the following tasks: vendor check-in, daily cycle count, drug put away, ancillary organization and ordering, supplies ordering, automation replenishment, invoice reconciliation, variance investigations, recalls, expired medication management, and any required inventory functions specific per site.  </span></p></li><li><p><span>Analyze on a daily basis to draw insights on actions that need to be taken to meet inventory health goals, and recommend new reports and processes to improve inventory management processes. </span></p></li><li><p><span>Support the Pharmacy team front-line needs, as needed .</span></p></li><li><p><span>Manage purchasing related tasks for your site or  region as required to meet our business needs. </span></p></li></ul><p></p><p><b><b>A Bit About You</b></b></p><p><b><span>Minimum Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li><p><span>Currently licensed as a pharmacy technician and in good standing by the Board of Pharmacy</span></p></li><li><p><span>Ability to work with minimal supervision or instruction</span></p></li><li><p><span>Experience using MS Excel, Google sheets or similar spreads</span></p></li></ul><h2></h2><p><span>Requirement: Currently licensed and in good standing by the Board of Pharmacy</span></p><p></p><p><b><span>Preferred Qualifications:</span></b></p><ul><li><span>At least 2 years experience as a licensed pharmacy technician.</span></li><li><span>Are eager to measure and improve accuracy and productivity</span></li><li><span>Resourceful and have creative ideas on what needs to change in the industry</span></li><li><span>Enjoy data analysis and are outcome focused</span></li><li><span>Believes in continuous improvement</span></li><li><span>Is passionate about improving the patient experience</span></li><li><span>Can make quick and thoughtful decisions</span></li><li><span>Ability to multitask, and know how to prioritize in a constantly changing environment</span></li><li><span>Communicates clearly and effectively with multiple levels of leadership</span></li></ul><h2></h2><h1><br /><br /><b>Additional Information</b><br /> </h1><h2><b>Additional Physical Job Requirements:</b></h2><p></p><p>Work at a computer terminal for extended periods, move frequently around the pharmacy, stoop, bend, reach for equipment and supplies, make frequent repetitive motions to operate a computer and other pharmacy equipment, and lift, carry, push, pull, and move light objects up to 50 pounds.
