Complete crews consist of Field Supervisor/ Foreman, (2) Pipe Layers, (2) Pipe Laborers, (1) Loader Operator, (1) Excavator Operator.</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>JOB SUMMARY:</strong> The field supervisor is responsible to communicate instructions, set expectations and supervise the construction crews.
