          "text": "<p><strong>EchoPark Automotive is hiring an Automotive Technician to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO!</strong>&#xa0;Our Technicians enjoy guaranteed pay, a very collaborative and casual work environment, very different from a traditional \"dog-eat-dog\" shop. It's fun, fair, and a great place to work. To excel in this service role, you will need excellent customer service skills, effective communication skills, and attention to detail.</p><p><strong>What You’ll Do:</strong></p><p>The Automotive Technician is responsible for performing vehicle repair and maintenance work as assigned in accordance with dealer and factory standards. Our technicians inspect and repair a wide range of pre-owned makes and models up to 12 years old.</p><ul><li>190 Point Vehicle Inspection</li><li>Lube, filter, flushes</li><li>Brake system and tire repair</li><li>Suspension and alignments</li><li>Vehicle Drivability</li><li>Air Conditioning Diagnosis and Repair</li><li>Light Line work to include – Gasket and seal repairs, component replacement, water pumps, and alternators</li><li>Occasional heavy line, engine, and transmission removal and installation, no rebuilds or overhauls</li></ul><p><strong>What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Must be state-certified where applicable</li><li>At least 6 months of previous Automotive Mechanic experience, or Auto Tech School certification</li><li>Own a set of tools</li><li>Valid driver’s license and a good driving record</li><li>High school diploma or the equivalent</li><li>Strong work ethic and thrive in a fast-paced environment</li><li>Ability to follow directions and willingness to learn</li><li>Respect for teammates and a positive outlook</li></ul><p><strong>What We Offer</strong></p><ul><li>Salary of $47K to $65K+ based on experience</li><li>Our technicians are paid a salary with bonus potential - not a flat rate, and pay is guaranteed</li><li>Schedule that provides work/life balance</li><li>Company Paid Training</li><li>Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance</li><li>401K – 100% match up to 4%</li><li>Paid vacation</li><li>Tuition reimbursement</li><li>Access to leadership and personal development programs</li><li>Company provided uniforms and tool cabinets</li><li>Work/life balance</li></ul>",
