This position involves travel between clinic locations. </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Benefits:</strong></p>\n<p>Competitive salary </p>\n<p>Annual incentives</p>\n<p>Comprehensive benefits & discounts</p>\n<p>Retirement plan w/ employer matching </p>\n<p>Paid Time Off (PTO)</p>\n<p>Paid holidays</p>\n<p>Company issued uniforms</p>\n<p>Opportunities for professional development and continuing education</p>\n<p>Opportunities for loan repayment and/or student loan forgiveness</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Schedule</strong> Full-time</p>\n<p><strong>Shift</strong> Day</p>\n<p><strong>Salary</strong> $17.00 - $20.00 / hour</p>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Graduation from an accredited program of Certified Nursing Assistant, Patient Care Technician, or Hospital Specialist <strong>AND</strong> one year experience in the medical field or completion of an approved internship program <strong>OR </strong>equivalent combination of education and experience.</li>\n <li>Current CPR certification (BCLS by AHA).</li>\n <li>Knowledge of medical procedures, which relates to patient education and health practice.</li>\n <li>Strong interpersonal and communication skills.</li>\n <li>Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a busy environment.</li>\n <li>Proficiency in using electronic health records (EHR) systems.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<ul>\n <li>Participate in patient intake which includes gathering patient information such as vitals, patient history, etc. </li>\n <li>Sterilize medical equipment and maintain it in good working order.</li>\n <li>Guide patients to the front desk upon completion of their visit to ensure a smooth checkout process.</li>\n <li>Safely escort patients to the laboratory for diagnostic testing or specimen collection.</li>\n <li>Prepare examination rooms before patient visits, ensuring they are clean, organized, and fully stocked with necessary medical supplies.</li>\n <li>Sanitize and tidy examination rooms between patient visits to uphold infection control standards and clinic cleanliness.</li>\n <li>Support clinical staff during specimen collection, including blood draws, urine samples, or other diagnostic procedures, while maintaining patient comfort and safety.</li>\n <li>Notify patients of any delays in their scheduled appointments and provide updates to maintain transparency and patient satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Accurately measure and document patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiratory rate, prior to provider evaluation.</li>\n <li>Call patients from the waiting area and escort them to the appropriate exam room, ensuring a welcoming and efficient experience.</li>\n</ul>",
