    "description": "<h2>Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Why We Need Your Talents</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Security Supervisor is responsible for the supervision of security officers, and processes providing security, and a safe environment while ensuring protection of guests, team members and Live assets in the absence of the Shift Manager with all related duties and task.</p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Where You'll Make an Impact</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Supervises programs, processes and procedures which ensures the protection of the assets of Live! Casino & Hotel Philadelphia to include the safety and security of guests and team members. </li>\n <li>Communicate and implement department procedure in accordance with director and internal controls.</li>\n <li>Assist in development and implementation of Security Department training.</li>\n <li>Investigate incidents and/or quests complaints, compiling data for accurate reports to the PEnnsylvania Gaming Control Board and department heads.</li>\n <li>Completes and investigates first report on injury.</li>\n <li>Provides input and assists with the preparation of performance reviews of officers.</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Skills You'll Need to Succeed</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Ability to analyze and interpret operational needs.</li>\n <li>Ability to solve routine problems.</li>\n <li>Ability to perform assigned duties under frequent time pressures.</li>\n <li>Ability to maintain mental concentration for signified period of time.</li>\n <li>A variety of tasks and deadlines require an irregular work schedule.</li>\n <li>Ability to write reports.</li>\n <li>Ability to use a telephone properly.</li>\n <li>Ability to read and understand memos.</li>\n <li>Good public relation skills.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of state gaming regulations and legal documents for identification.</li>\n <li>Knowledge of required OSHA regulations.</li>\n <li>First Responders certification preferred.</li>\n <li>Must have a valid driver's license. </li>\n <li>Ability to perform duties under frequent time pressure in an interruptive environment</li>\n <li>Ability to perform assigned duties in an interruptive environment.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>A Few Must Haves</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>One (1) to Three (3) years’ experience in Security or Law Enforcement as a lead or supervisor.</li>\n <li>A two (2) - year degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.</li>\n <li>Must be able to comply with all state gaming regulations, which may include obtaining a license.</li>\n</ul>",
