Founding Product Designer

Role Details Location: San Francisco, CA. This role is based out of our San Francisco HQ and is not eligible for full-time remote work. Our customers include some of the largest names in insurance (we recently closed a top 5 insurance company in the world), and our team combines deep AI expertise with proven company-building experience. Now, we’re looking for a Founding Product Designer to define our design culture and own the end-to-end product experience. B2B software is notoriously clunky. What You’ll Do Own the entire product design process : user journeys, interaction design, and visual language. Partner with engineering and product to bring complex workflows into simple, intuitive experiences. Build a cohesive design system that will scale across products. Shape and nurture the design culture at FurtherAI. Work in-person from our San Francisco office (5 day week). What We’re Looking For 5+ years designing products. Proven ability to turn complex user problems into elegant solutions Strong communication skills - able to clearly explain design decisions Bonus: experience in consumer/prosumer startups Above all: drive, grit, and ownership .
