This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping how we deliver services, improving outcomes for our customers, and driving operational excellence across our organisation.</p>\n<p>In this role, you will take ownership of identifying, analysing, and implementing improvements across end-to-end service delivery processes. You will use data and insights to prioritise initiatives that reduce inefficiencies, improve productivity, and enhance service outcomes. Working closely with leaders and teams across the organisation, you will develop and drive a clear improvement roadmap aligned with Enable’s strategic priorities and funder expectations.</p>\n<p>A key part of the role is leading change and building capability. You will influence and engage stakeholders across Service Delivery and Operations, supporting teams to embed improvements into business-as-usual practice.
