    "description": "<p><span>Behavioral Health Associates (BHA) is an educational organization.  We offer an academic learning environment integrated with behavior support services for students diagnosed with emotional/behavioral disorders to empower the students in overcoming challenges and creating new stories in their lives.</span></p>\n<p><span> </span></p>\n<p>We currently have openings for Transportation Aides.</p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assist driver in transporting students safely to and home from school.</li>\n<li><span>Must comply with all state and local transportation laws and regulations and implement D.O.T safe driving requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Demonstrate the ability to follow directions.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Must be able to assist students entering and exiting the vehicle.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Will be responsible to monitor and supervise the behavior of the student in the vehicle and report any incidents of behavior to the Program Director.</span></li>\n<li><span>Must be able to work in a team environment.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Will help to maintain a clean school vehicle.</span></li>\n<li><span> </span><span>Will complete other duties as assigned.</span><span></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold;\"><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">QUALIFICATIONS        </span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">High School Diploma or Equivalent (G.E.D.)</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Experience working with children/students, preferred</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Utilizes effective written and oral expression</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Able to lift up to 50 lbs, stand, bend, stoop, sit, lift, and reach in order to perform essential duties and responsibilities</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Valid Driver’s License, preferred</span></li>\n</ul>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"> </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Must provide successful </span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">and continued renewal of required clearances</span><span style=\"font-size: 16px;\"></span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>When applying to this position, please include a copy of your letter of interest, resume, and current clearances.</span></p>\n<p><span><a rel=\"noopener noreferrer\" href=\"https://bhaeducation.org/wp-content/uploads/2023/07/1-Application.pdf\">Click Here to complete BHA's Employment Application for Support Staff (Non-Teaching Positions)</a></span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222;\"> </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"color: #222222; font-size: 13px;\">BHA is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
