However, the candidate must also demonstrate strong judgment and ownership of the final deliverables. AI-generated output must never be treated as final without review. The candidate is expected to validate accuracy, completeness, logic, compliance, and alignment with business requirements, and refine AI-assisted work to meet the expected quality standards. The individual will be held accountable for the final output, regardless of whether AI tools were used during execution.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul></ul>\n<ul>\n<li>Plan, Develop and maintain automated test strategies for requirement validation, regression, performance, security, and compliance testing.</li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Responsibility for reviewing and validating AI-generated outputs</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Ownership of final deliverables, regardless of AI assistance</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Ability to critically evaluate AI results and ensure they meet defined requirements</span></span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\"><span>Accountability for accuracy, quality, and compliance.</span></span></li>\n<li>Perform advanced validation, visual, API-level, integration-level, and end-to-end testing across complex systems.</li>\n<li>Design, develop, and optimize robust automated test frameworks using JavaScript or other scripting languages.</li>\n<li>Lead and actively participate in Sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release readiness activities.</li>\n<li>Own quality goals for assigned products and releases, ensuring high standards across the SDLC.</li>\n<li>Analyze product requirements and priorities to create comprehensive test strategies, plans, and automation coverage.</li>\n<li>Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and DevOps teams to identify system requirements, quality risks, and automation opportunities.</li>\n<li>Conduct code reviews, encourage and promote best practices in automation and testing.<br>Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance test efficiency, coverage, and reliability.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.</li>\n<li>Strong and hands-on understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.</li>\n<li>In-depth knowledge of software testing fundamentals, methodologies, and best practices.</li>\n<li>Strong proficiency in at least one programming language (JavaScript, C#, Java, or Python).</li>\n<li>Ability to architect and maintain scalable automation solutions for complex systems.</li>\n<li>Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to debug and perform root-cause analysis.</li>\n<li>Solid understanding of basic algorithms and data structures.</li>\n<li>Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams.<br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Preferred Skills:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong hands-on experience with modern test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, or similar.</li>\n<li>Experience integrating automated tests into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins, etc.).</li>\n<li>Understanding of streaming protocols including RTMP, RTSP, and HLS.</li>\n<li>Experience with streaming servers/technologies such as Wowza, FFmpeg, Windows Media Server, Azure Media Services, encoders/transcoders (cloud or on-prem).</li>\n<li>Working experience or familiarity with computer vision and AI-based services such as Azure Media Services or AWS AI services.</li>\n<li>Experience with API automation, performance testing, and basic security testing.</li>\n<li>QA or Test Automation Certifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-weight: bold\">Required Qualification:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>BS/BSc or MS/MSc in Computer Science.</li>\n<li>3+ years of hands-on experience in SQA with a strong focus on test automation and ownership of quality.</li>\n<li>Demonstrated leadership, proactivity, and accountability in previous roles.</li>\n<li>QA or Test Automation Certifications.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 12pt\">Essential Skills:</span></p>\n<p>The ideal candidate demonstrates strong business acumen, can translate objectives into impactful solutions, and is proficient in leveraging AI tools—including mandatory use of platforms like ChatGPT—to enhance efficiency.
