This position requires performing complex surgical procedures to restore function, alleviate pain, and improve the quality of life for patients with spinal conditions. The surgeon collaborates closely with multidisciplinary teams including neurologists, physical therapists, and pain management specialists to develop comprehensive treatment plans. Additionally, the role involves preoperative and postoperative patient care, ensuring optimal recovery and long-term outcomes.
