      "content": "<li>Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field</li><li>10+ years of progressive accounting experience</li><li>Proven leadership in a growth-stage Consumer or SaaS company</li><li>Deep expertise in US GAAP and SaaS financial reporting metrics (ARR, NRR, CAC, etc.)</li><li>Strategic systems thinker with experience owning enterprise finance platforms (e.g., Quickbooks, revenue automation tools)</li><li>Strong presence and ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence at the board and C-level</li>"
