What We Offer: $3,000 Sign-On Bonus (paid in two installments: $1,500 after 30 days, $1,500 after 90 days) Competitive hourly pay based on experience and certifications Full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and PTO Modern, clean facilities with industry-leading tools and technology Career advancement opportunities within a growing organization Primary Focus – Final Quality Control (FQC): Perform post-repair inspections on reconditioned vehicles Verify mechanical, cosmetic, and safety-related repairs meet company standards Ensure all work is complete and the vehicle is road-ready before it reaches the sales floor Test drive vehicles as needed to confirm proper operation Collaborate with service, body, and reconditioning departments to resolve issues quickly Requirements: 2+ years of experience in automotive repair, inspections, or PDI/FQC roles High attention to detail and quality control Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills Valid Florida driver’s license and clean driving record ASE certifications preferred (or willingness to obtain—training provided) Comfortable working in a high-volume, team-oriented environment
