Tomorrow, we will power checkout-free experiences anywhere you go to make the everyday experiences of living, working, and playing remarkable - giving us back our most valuable asset, time.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Position:</strong> Garage Attendant </p>\n<p><strong>Pay Rate:</strong> $15.00/hr </p>\n<p><strong>Location:</strong> The Edition - Miami Beach</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Flexible schedule preferred; however, availability from Thursday through Sunday is a must (primarily for PM shifts).</em></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for the smooth flow of traffic, monitoring capacity, and maintaining a clean and professional environment for our customers. You will serve as a key point of contact for guests while ensuring the facility operates at peak efficiency.</p>\n<h3>What You’ll Do:</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Traffic & Capacity Management:</strong> Direct incoming customers to available spaces and monitor vehicle counts throughout the shift to ensure optimal lot usage.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Compliance & Enforcement:</strong> Patrol parking levels (on foot or in motor carts) and issue violation warnings to those who bypass garage policies.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Customer Support:</strong> Courteously assist customers with questions, directions, and vehicle location. Direct guests to the Facility Manager when specialized assistance is needed.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Maintenance & Safety:</strong> Assist with parking equipment repairs and general facility upkeep. Report accidents, safety hazards, or unusual occurrences (like oil spills or debris) to the office immediately.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Operational Support:</strong> Control traffic at entrances and exits during peak times. Substitute for Valets when authorized and necessary.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Local Expertise:</strong> Maintain a thorough knowledge of the garage layout, as well as major streets, landmarks, and freeways in the surrounding area</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<h3>Qualifications & Requirements</h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p><strong>Education & Experience:</strong> No high school diploma is required. We welcome candidates with at least one month of related experience, training, or an equivalent combination of education and background.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>License Requirement:</strong> A valid state-issued driver’s license with a current address and an acceptable driving record is only required if you are expected to drive a company vehicle or conduct company business.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Mathematical Skills:</strong> Ability to perform basic math (addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division) and accurately handle American currency.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Communication Skills:</strong> Ability to read and understand simple instructions, write short correspondence, and effectively present information to customers and team members.</p></li>\n <li><p><strong>Availability:</strong> Shift requirements vary by location.
