Headquartered in Sydney, Australia and with offices in Prague, London, Frankfurt and Singapore our passion is data and our focus is the delivery of end-to-end solutions via a talented team of skilled professionals.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>We are partners with leading edge software platforms including Snowflake, dbt, Tableau, Alteryx, Collibra, and Salesforce.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">What we are looking for: </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant to help design, implement, and optimize CRM solutions aligning to business needs. </p>\n<p>The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in D365, business process mapping, and stakeholder management, with the ability to align technology with customer engagement strategies.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Assess business requirements and translate them into effective CRM system solutions. </li>\n<li>Implement CRM best practices, optimized workflows, and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency. </li>\n<li>Lead end-to-end system implementation, including customization and configuration tailored to business needs.</li>\n<li>Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders across sales, marketing, and customer service to streamline processes and improve customer engagement. </li>\n<li>Manage data migration, cleansing, and integration with other business systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.</li>\n<li>Develop and deliver user training, comprehensive documentation, and ongoing support to drive user adoption. </li>\n<li>Monitor system performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations for continuous optimization. </li>\n<li>Ensure all CRM solutions comply with data privacy and security regulations, while supporting change management initiatives to encourage successful adoption across the organization.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Essential experience required:</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li>3-5 Years Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365) Experience</li>\n<li>Strong knowledge of Customer Service, Sales, and Customer Insights modules.</li>\n<li>Hands-on experience in configuration and customization of D365 applications.</li>\n<li>Participation in full project cycles involving D365 implementations.</li>\n<li>Power Platform experience</li>\n<li>Proficient and hands-on in Power Automate</li>\n<li>Field Service Mobile App (customizations and UI design)</li>\n<li>C#</li>\n<li>JavaScript</li>\n<li>HTML</li>\n<li>Highly desirable: Hands on experience with Power BI and SSRS reporting module </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><em>Information collected and processed as part of your Billigence profile and any job applications you submit will be handled in accordance with <a href=\"https://billigence.com/privacy-policy/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Billigence's privacy policy.</a></em></p>",
