CloudHQ has state-of-the-art data center sites located on two Northern Virginia campuses, as well as London, Frankfurt, Paris, Milan, and São Paulo, and we anticipate exponential growth over the next several years both in the US and abroad.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What The Role Entails</strong>&nbsp;</p><p>The Accounting Manager will manage the day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities for our various corporate development entities located in Asia PAC including but not limited to Singapore, Japan, and Thailand. In addition, the Accounting Manager will manage day-to-day accounting and financial reporting activities over data center entities with commercial operations. ?Along with the Chief Accounting Officer and the Controller, the Accounting Manager will be responsible for protecting company assets by establishing, monitoring, and enforcing internal controls.&nbsp;</p><p><br></p><p><strong>What You Will Get to Do</strong> &nbsp;</p><ul><li>Prepare and review journal entries&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare the allocation of company expenses and overhead costs&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare account variance analysis and reconciliations&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare and present monthly and quarterly financial statements including the associated work packages to senior management&nbsp;</li><li>Review invoices for proper coding and prepare for payment&nbsp;</li><li>Review all cross-company transactions and prepare invoices as required&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare monthly drawdown packages for submission to lenders with review by the Accounting Controller&nbsp;</li><li>Lead the compilation of financial data and other audit requirements&nbsp;</li><li>Prepare monthly tenant and customer invoices&nbsp;</li><li>Assist with other accounting projects as required&nbsp;</li><li>Work closely with external stakeholders&nbsp;</li><li>Occasional travel to locations, customer meetings, training courses or conferences as desired and required&nbsp;</li><li>Support VAT / GST return preparation in conjunction with indirect tax team&nbsp;</li><li>Supervision and training of young professionals in accounting&nbsp;</li></ul>",
