The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, demonstrates strong organizational skills, and works effectively as part of a team with a positive and energetic attitude.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Wash all pots, pans, inserts, and banquet equipment</li>\n<li>Ensure dishes and equipment are stored in appropriate areas</li>\n<li>Maintain cleanliness of banquet dishwashing areas, including floors</li>\n<li>Assist with the setup and cleanup of banquet and function rooms</li>\n<li>Clean and organize all related work areas and equipment</li>\n<li>Maintain sanitation solutions in accordance with company standards</li>\n<li>Set up dishwashing machines at the start of shifts and properly shut them down</li>\n<li>Troubleshoot minor dish machine issues and report concerns as needed</li>\n<li>Keep Banquet Management informed of any issues or irregularities and take corrective action where appropriate</li>\n<li>Perform other duties as assigned by the Banquet Manager</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications &amp; Experience:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Previous experience in a fast-paced or hospitality environment preferred</li>\n<li>Food Safety Certification is an asset</li>\n<li>Strong organizational and time management skills</li>\n<li>Ability to follow Health &amp; Safety policies and procedures</li>\n<li>Effective verbal and written communication skills</li>\n<li>Reliable, flexible, and able to work varied shifts as required</li>\n<li>Must be fluent in English (written and verbal)</li>\n<li>Clear criminal record check required upon hire</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Physical Requirements:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ability to stand for extended periods with intermittent walking</li>\n<li>Frequently lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs</li>\n<li>Continuous use of manual dexterity and motor skills</li>\n<li>Ability to bend, kneel, reach, and perform repetitive tasks</li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Hours of Work:</span></p>\n<p>Hours will vary based on operational requirements and may include day, evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Red Deer Resort &amp; Casino</span> is an equal opportunity employer.
