This position is for the 2nd shift and does include both weekday and weekend hours. The shift leader supervises 4-6 Residential Specialists in organizing/operating the shift. An applicant in this role should have experience in leadership, an understanding of the field of mental health, be organized, strong communication skills, patience, tolerates risk, and a willingness to learn. A candidate will need to be hands on when leading the group and community activities that occur. Relevant Bachelor’s degree, trained in or knowledge of IPS, harm reduction, and/or in similar models preferred. The pay for this position is $24.50-$27.5991 per hour.",
