    "ExternalDescriptionStr": "<p>The Director is responsible for assisting Chief Tax Officer/VP with launching, driving and maintaining Quest’s Lean Six Sigma projects across the entire finance organization. Reports to the Chief Tax Officer/Finance Continuous Improvement Leader.</p>\n<p><strong>Salary Range: $160,000 to $200,000/year + 20% Annual Incentive Plan</strong><br>\n  Salary offers are based on a wide range of factors including relevant skills, training, experience, education, and, where applicable, certifications obtained. Market and organizational factors are also considered.
