Working collaboratively with clients and a multidisciplinary team, you will contribute to the seamless resolution of issues of security components while delivering excellent service.</p><p>Requirements</p><p><strong>Major Roles and Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li><strong>Advanced Troubleshooting:</strong> Diagnose and resolve technical issues that arise during everyday use.  </li><li><strong>Tuning:</strong> Adjust system settings and configurations to optimize performance and ensure seamless integration of all security components. </li><li><strong>Documentation:</strong> Complete and upload documentation per Prime standards before project launch and completion. Maintain various internal technical documentation and processes.</li><li><strong>Customer Service:</strong> Collaborate with clients and project teams to provide updates and address any concerns or modifications needed. Provide end-users and technical staff with training on system operation and maintenance. </li><li><strong>Collaboration:</strong> Work closely with service coordinators, engineers, and technicians to ensure smooth resolution of issues. Site visits as needed.  </li><li><strong>On-Call:</strong> Participate in the afterhours on-call rotation. </li><li>Other duties as assigned.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>A minimum of 2 years of technical experience preferably in physical security systems.  </li><li>Strong understanding of access control, video surveillance, intrusion detection, and related technologies.  </li><li>Proficiency in system installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.  </li><li>Strong understanding of network protocols and system integration. </li><li>Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
