    "description": "<h2>Role Overview</h2>\n<p><strong>Come work for the world’s leading private employer of Registered Dietitians!</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Sodexo</strong> is seeking a <strong>Registered Dietitian</strong> to come join their dynamic team as a <strong>Clinical Nutrition Manager</strong> for <strong>Hansen Family Hospital</strong> in <strong>Iowa Falls, IA </strong>and <strong>Broadlawns Medical Center</strong> located in <strong>Des Moines, Iowa. </strong>Position will work closely with Hospital leadership, the community and the Sodexo operational teams to create the strategic plans for the food service departments that align with the Mission, Vision and Values of each organization.  </p>\n<p> <strong>Position will work full time typically Monday-Friday with flexible work schedule including partial remote work</strong></p>\n<p><strong>$$$ Potential Sign on Bonus $$$</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Sodexo Benefits include:</strong></p>\n<p><strong>3 weeks’ vacation + 3 personal dayReimbursement for AND dues, state licensure fees and CDR renewal!Money toward continuing education events!Up to $5000 tuition reimbursement annually!</strong></p> \n<p> </p>\n<h2>What You'll Do</h2>\n<p><strong>The successful candidate will:</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Provide nutritional care to the acute care patients</li>\n <li>Conduct outpatient nutrition counseling including MNT and diabetes program </li>\n <li>Represent the Food & Nutrition Department as a liaison with the medical and nursing staff</li>\n <li>Implement Sodexo standards and help drive patient satisfaction</li>\n <li>Assist in food service management as needed </li>\n <li>Conduct Employee training for compliance, safety, sanitation, customer service </li>\n <li>Meet state/federal/Joint Commission and company standards</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>What We Offer</h2>\n<p>Compensation is fair and equitable, partially determined by a candidate's education level or years of relevant experience. If you need assistance with the application process, please complete this form.</p>\n<h2>Qualifications & Requirements</h2>\n<p>Minimum Education Requirement:</p>\n<p>Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) </p>\n<p>For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:</p>\n<p>Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND) </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Credentials Requirement:</p>\n<p>Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire.  In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hireCertification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire</p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>Minimum Management Experience: At least 13 months experience supervising and directing people and other resources to achieve specific end results within limited timeframes.</p>\n<p>Minimum Functional Experience: 3 years as experienced practitioner able to work unsupervised and provide professional supervision to developing practitioners</p>",
