      "value": "<ul><li style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Supporting and carrying out data migrations:</strong> You help our customers migrate their existing data smoothly into our software products – from the initial coordination through to a successful go-live.</li><li style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Direct communication with customers:</strong> You’re not just working behind the scenes – you stay in close contact with law firms via email and phone to coordinate the migration process effectively.</li><li style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>End-to-end project coordination:</strong> From kick-off to final handover, you manage the migration together with our customers and internal teams.</li><li style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Monitoring and controlling your own projects:</strong> You keep track of your projects’ progress and ensure everything runs smoothly.</li><li style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Team collaboration: </strong>You work closely with customers and colleagues to develop tailored solutions.</li><li style=\"font-size:14px;\"><strong>Technical adjustments and development of migration logic:</strong> If you already have experience with C# and MS SQL, you can hit the ground running – if not, we’ll be happy to teach you!</li></ul><span style=\"font-size:14px;\">The focus of this role is clearly on direct customer interaction and the management of data migration projects. Programming skills are a plus, but not a requirement.</span>"
