We are here to nurture your growth as a physical therapist. </strong></p>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p>Responsibilities:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>\n  <ul>\n   <li>Responsible for the evaluation, plan of care, treatment, re-evaluation, discharge, and appropriate communications of high quality hand therapy services to patients and customers.</li>\n   <li>Develop treatment plans, supervise assistants and aides, contribute to case management, and provide quality patient care.</li>\n   <li>Maintain positive level of interaction with facilities and clients. Enhance and expand client relations with facilities and their staff.</li>\n  </ul></li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p>Qualifications:</p>\n<ul>\n <li>Must be a graduate of an accredited school for Occupational Therapy Assisting.</li>\n <li>Minimum of level II clinical rotation or fieldwork in hand therapy specific to the application of custom splinting pre and post-op orthopedic is REQUIRED within the last two years.</li>\n <li>National registration and state licensure or registration REQUIRED.</li>\n <li>Cardio-Pulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) certification.</li>\n <li>Valid state driver’s license.</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Additional Data</h2>\n<p><em>Select Medical is committed to having a workforce that reflects diversity at all levels and is an equal opportunity employer.
