    "description": "<h2>Job Description</h2>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Wholesale Parts Rep</strong></p>\n<p><strong>Reports to: </strong>Vice President, Fixed Operations </p>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Primary Responsibilities</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<ul>\n <li>Adhere to the core values of being: TRUSTWORTHY, TEAM PLAYER and HAPPY TO HELP</li>\n <li>Support the efforts of all coworkers towards meeting our core values</li>\n <li>Look for opportunities to provide exceptional and meaningful experiences with customers and coworkers</li>\n <li>Comply with Go Auto’s policies and Employee Code of Conduct</li>\n <li>Report to management any situation or condition that jeopardizes the safety, welfare, liability or integrity of any dealership staff, guests, the dealership itself or the company</li>\n <li>Be a leader in your own role and assist others in their growth, development and sense of community with the team</li>\n <li>Protect the legal and financial welfare of the dealership </li>\n <li>Maintain the utmost legal, moral and ethical standards with all customers and coworkers</li>\n <li>Attendance at Go University and/or manufacture training as requested by management </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong></p>\n<p><strong>Primary Duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.</li>\n <li>Build and maintain strong relationships with service fleet and parts accounts in the target geographical area.</li>\n <li>Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market.</li>\n <li>Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent customer service and satisfaction.</li>\n <li>Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.</li>\n <li>Perform other duties as assigned by management.</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Perks:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Learn and Grow - We're committed to your growth and development.
