Dynamic Systems works in alignment with other Ho-Chunk, Inc. government contracting divisions to provide integrated, scalable solutions nationwide.</p>\n<h3><strong>Position Summary</strong></h3>\n<p>The Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and organized environment across assigned areas. This position performs a variety of custodial duties—including cleaning, sanitizing, and light maintenance—to ensure that facilities remain sanitary and welcoming. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team to support a healthy and efficient workplace.</p>\n<h3><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Follow established cleaning procedures and schedules to maintain assigned areas</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform a variety of cleaning tasks, including high dusting, sweeping, mopping, trash removal, and floor care</p></li>\n <li><p>Use cleaning chemicals and equipment safely and effectively in accordance with company and OSHA standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Maintain a clean and organized storage area for supplies and equipment</p></li>\n <li><p>Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor buffers, and carpet cleaners</p></li>\n <li><p>Report maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor promptly</p></li>\n <li><p>Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to support daily operations</p></li>\n <li><p>Adhere to safety standards and company policies to ensure a secure work environment</p></li>\n <li><p>Perform additional custodial tasks and related duties as assigned</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Qualifications & Experience</strong></h3>\n<p><strong>Required:</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li><p>High school diploma or equivalent</p></li>\n <li><p>Previous custodial or janitorial experience preferred (medical or facility setting experience a plus)</p></li>\n <li><p>Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods</p></li>\n <li><p>Ability to operate cleaning and maintenance equipment</p></li>\n <li><p>Strong attention to detail and commitment to high cleanliness standards</p></li>\n <li><p>Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently and as part of a team</p></li>\n <li><p>Physical ability to perform strenuous tasks and maintain productivity during shift hours</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Work Environment & Physical Requirements</strong></h3>\n<ul>\n <li><p>Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds</p></li>\n <li><p>Frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, and repetitive motions</p></li>\n <li><p>Exposure to cleaning chemicals and varying environmental conditions (e.g., heat, cold, humidity)</p></li>\n <li><p>Must be able to use cleaning tools and equipment safely and effectively</p></li>\n</ul>\n<h3><strong>Schedule</strong></h3>\n<p>Monday through Friday, 4:30 p.m. – 11:00 p.m. (2nd shift).
