With a commitment to quality and operational excellence, we’re transforming the social commerce landscape in the MENA region.</span><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 14pt; font-weight: bold\">Role Overview </span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\">As a Junior Product Manager at Taager, you will be at the heart of the social commerce revolution in the MENA region. You will assist in defining, building, and scaling products that empower thousands of social sellers to start and grow their businesses without the hassle of inventory or logistics. This is a high-impact role where you will bridge the gap between business goals, user needs, and engineering execution.</span></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Product Discovery:</span> Conduct user research and interviews with merchants to identify pain points in the dropshipping and fulfillment journey.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Execution:</span> Support the Product Lead in writing clear, concise Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) and user stories for the engineering team.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Data Analysis:</span> Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as Daily Active Users (DAU), Conversion Rates, and Return to Origin (RTO) to drive data-informed decisions.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Sprint Management:</span> Participate in daily stand-ups, prioritize the product backlog, and conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure features are shipped bug-free.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Cross-Functional Collaboration:</span> Work closely with the Operations, Logistics, and Marketing teams to ensure product launches align with regional business strategies</span><br></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Requirements &amp; Qualifications</span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Experience:</span> 1–3 years of experience in product management, product analysis, or operations within a fast-paced tech startup (E-commerce or Fintech experience is a major plus).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Analytical Skills:</span> Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Tableau, or Google Looker Studio).</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Communication:</span> Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in both Arabic and English.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Mindset:</span> A \"get-it-done\" attitude with a deep empathy for small business owners and social sellers.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt\"><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Tech Savvy:</span> Comfortable working with Jira, Linear, or Trello and understanding API-driven product architectures.</span></li>\n</ul>",
