    "description": "<p><span>The Compensation Analyst, as a member of the Survey Operations team, has a key role in sustaining Community Market surveys through the conduct comprehensive compensation and benefits surveys of employers in developing countries from our Operations Center in Manila. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Duties and Responsibilities:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Examine market data and execute survey process for assigned countries and assess survey results to be able to create diagnostic that would support further application of Community products and services. </span></li>\n<li><span>Inform management on issues related to the survey process to ensure smooth delivery of service. </span></li>\n<li><span>Explain process of survey participation and data collection that is required to ensure efficient survey process.</span></li>\n<li><span>Explain survey results to clients illustrating the linkages of Community Jobs and Community Market to other components of Community.</span></li>\n<li><span>Deliver salary survey transactions within established schedules and timelines ensuring timely delivery of salary surveys. </span></li>\n<li><span>Maintain consistent quality in production of survey data and review of more junior analysts. </span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>This is a hands-on job in one of the most technical areas of human resources management so successful candidates will have good people skills in addition to working well with numbers.</span></p>\n<p><span>Extensive training is provided. </span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span>Other core competencies required:</span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span>Excellent oral and written communication skills in English</span><br></li>\n<li><span>Motivation to learn and work independently</span></li>\n<li><span>Comfortable working in an informal environment with a lot of freedom and a lot of responsibility</span></li>\n<li><span>Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and exhibit grace under pressure</span></li>\n<li><span>Teamwork—good interpersonal skills and ability to work well with colleagues</span></li>\n<li><span>Strong work ethic—maintains good working habits to ensure timely completion of tasks</span></li>\n</ul>",
