This role focuses on the seamless integration of our hardware and software platforms into partner operations while managing high-level relationships to ensure long-term success. By reviewing performance data and optimizing supply chain processes, you’ll identify efficiencies that keep our network elite, effective, and ready to respond.</span></p>\n<p><br><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">What You’ll Do</span></p>\n<p><br></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Analyse and review various data relating to service levels and report on performance.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Fostering and management of relationships with key personnel.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ensure the service providers successfully adopt AURA's hardware, software, processes and service requirements.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Identifying improvement areas and approaches to optimise and make our supply operations more efficient and effective.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"color: rgb(38, 38, 38); font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Facilitating the technical onboarding and system integration for new service providers within the AURA hardware and software ecosystem.</span></li>\n</ul>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 18pt; font-weight: bold\">Requirements </span></p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">3+ years in contracted security services, with dual experience in operations and business development.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Ability to build and maintain multiple key relationships.</span></li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif; font-size: 10pt\">Data driven mindset and approach.
