The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, skilled motivator, and creative problem solver with a deep understanding of multimedia advertising in both print and digital spaces.<br>&nbsp;</p><p>Unlimited earning potential with one of the best family-owned media companies in the world.<br>&nbsp;</p><p><br><strong>Key Responsibilities</strong></p><p><br>&nbsp;Drive revenue in the Greenville market<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Lead, coach, and motivate a team of outside sales executives.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Develop and execute sales strategies that drive print and digital advertising revenue.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Manage advertising operations from business planning to technical implementation.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Create actionable plans to grow digital revenue and support team adoption of digital solutions.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Contribute to annual budgeting, forecasting, and revenue goal-setting.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Represent Adams Multimedia in the business community with professionalism and enthusiasm.<br>&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;Use experience and judgment to meet sales objectives and operational goals in small-market environments.<br>&nbsp;<br><strong>Preferred Skills and Competencies</strong></p><p><br>&nbsp;The right candidate will have proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
