This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced industrial environment.</p>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Key Responsibilities</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Lead and support a team of 15+ employees in a fast-paced industrial environment</li>\n<li>Assist with hiring, onboarding, and training</li>\n<li>Act as after-hours safety and HR liaison</li>\n<li>Operate equipment as needed (material handler, forklift, plasma cutter, yard dog)</li>\n<li>Help break down transformers using hand tools and equipment</li>\n<li>Track employee hours and ensure accurate timekeeping</li>\n<li>Send daily production reports and updates</li>\n<li>Close down plant operations at end of shift</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Qualifications</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>Fluent in English &amp; Spanish required </li>\n<li>Supervisory or team lead experience required</li>\n<li>Experience in manufacturing, recycling, or industrial work preferred</li>\n<li>Strong leadership and communication skills</li>\n<li>Willing to work hands-on with team</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 18pt\"><span><span style=\"font-weight: bold\">Pay &amp; Benefits</span></span></span></p>\n<ul>\n<li>$28-$32 hourly - depending on experience</li>\n<li>Boot reimbursement program</li>\n<li>Full benefits package: health, dental, and vision insurance</li>\n<li>Health insurance options starting as low as $10/week<br></li>\n<li>Company provided uniforms, cleaned weekly at no cost</li>\n<li>All tools and PPE provided</li>\n</ul>\n<p><br></p>\n<p>A-Line is an Equal Opportunity Employer</p>",
