As a Tax Senior, you will play a key role leading tax engagements as you begin to establish working relationships with clients, peers, and directors. You will continue to develop supervisory and management skills, benefit from ongoing training and mentoring, and work on a wide variety of challenging engagements. The ideal candidate will be promotable, have an advisory mindset, and possess a strong desire to build a career in client service.</span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman',serif;\"><strong>Position Details:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Plan, schedule and manage all aspects of tax engagements.</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Prepare business and individual tax returns.</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Perform field work to include the preparation of complex work papers along with monitoring the work paper preparation of Staff Accountants.</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Foster teamwork, innovative thinking, and knowledge sharing with team members to enhance service delivery.</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Training and mentoring Staff Accountants.</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Continually learn and become a subject matter expert in your area(s) of interest.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman',serif;\"><strong>Position Requirements:</strong></span></p><ul type=\"disc\"><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>CPA Certification or eligible and actively pursuing certification.</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>3-6 years of relevant tax experience in a public accounting firm.</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Proven financial, analytical, technical and interpersonal skills.</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Excellent client service and the desire to build business development skills.</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Demonstrated ability to oversee and manage engagements, prioritize engagements and supervise/motivate staff.</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Excellent written and verbal communication skills.</li><li style='margin-left: 0in; font-family: \"times new roman\", serif;'>Ability to travel to client locations, mostly day trips; minimal overnight travel is required.</li></ul><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman',serif;\"><strong>&nbsp;</strong></span></p><p style=\"margin-left:0in;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'times new roman',serif;\"><strong>We are responsive.
