And through our network of 38 offices spanning five continents, we can deliver for our customers anywhere around the globe.\n<h2>Responsibilities</h2>\n<p><strong>Summary/objective</strong></p>\n<p> </p>\n<p>The Team Leader is primarily responsible for the upkeep, quality, output, and accuracy of equipment processed by the assigned department.</p>\n<p><strong><em> </em></strong></p>\n<p><strong>Supervisory responsibilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Coordination of team members within assigned department and shift</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Essential functions</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Able to work before and after regular business hours with or without notice </li>\n <li>Able to work on weekends with or without notice </li>\n <li>Use the PRG product database for Technical Service Notices   </li>\n <li>Ensures equipment assigned is kept to good working order </li>\n <li>All markings and labels are removed from returned equipment </li>\n <li>Ensure all software is current to PRG standards </li>\n <li>Check and test equipment to ensure the unit is fully working </li>\n <li>Ensure PRG labels are in place and up to current standards </li>\n <li>Check items requiring repair into service </li>\n <li>Manage this process through TEAM </li>\n <li>Maintain ongoing cycle counts</li>\n <li>Other duties as assigned</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>Other duties</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Understanding of and compliance with company policies</li>\n</ul>\n<h2>Qualifications</h2>\n<p><strong>Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Work well under hard deadlines; ability to plan department workflow accordingly </li>\n <li>Solid understanding of department production equipment and functionality </li>\n <li>5 years of experience working with your assigned disciplines equipment (Audio/Video/LED/Lighting/Rigging/etc.)</li>\n <li>Strong ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve in a time-sensitive production environment </li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Competencies </strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Oversee a team of 3 or more experienced people in the execution of preventative maintenance, cleaning, and testing of all types of equipment assigned to the department</li>\n <li>Decision Making </li>\n <li>Team Building </li>\n <li>Adaptability </li>\n <li>Teamwork </li>\n <li>Problem Solving </li>\n <li>Organizational Skills  </li>\n <li>Attention to Detail</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong>Physical demands</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Regularly lift and/or move objects 10-50Ibs, occasionally lift and/or move objects that weigh more than 100 Ibs </li>\n <li>Frequently required to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl</li>\n <li>Specific vision abilities for this job may include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust and focus, with or without the use of glasses or contact lenses</li>\n <li>While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be exposed to follow spots and moving lights, loud noises, fumes or airborne particles, moving mechanical parts, and vibration</li>\n <li>May be required to operate motor vehicles and load/unload trucks</li>\n</ul>\n<p><strong> </strong><strong>Travel required</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>May be required to travel </li>\n</ul>\n<p> </p>\n<p><strong>Required education and experience</strong></p>\n<ul>\n <li>Computer knowledge (Microsoft Office Suite) </li>\n</ul>\n<h2>EEO and Disclosure</h2>\n<p><em>PRG is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
