      "content": "\n<li>Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required</li>\n<li>4+ years of progressive accounting experience</li>\n<li>Strong understanding of GAAP and financial statement preparation.</li>\n<li>Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting systems; Great Plains experience strongly preferred.</li>\n<li>Excellent analytical skills, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.</li>\n<li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills.</li>\n<li>Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.</li>\n"
